The album comes with 134 photos and shows the campaigns in France and Russia. Numerous photos were taken on the front. Among them are four photos taken inside a German tank. The inscription on the graves of the fallen German soldiers shows the units Schützen-Regiment 1 and Infanterie-Regiment 38.
On the front cover, the soldier has placed the badge of his shooting lanyard (4th Class).
