Luftwaffe visor cap for EM and NCOs. Unlike an officer's cap which was always worn with a silver bullion piping, EM and NCOs had a colored piping that indicated the branch they were serving for.
Branch: Signal troops. brown piping.
Insignia: A zinc cap eagle and an aluminum wreath badge. All prongs in place.
Chin strap: textbook black strap for EM and NCOs. Correct buttons period time attached.
Lining: silver color silk.
Celluloid diamond: missing
Maker's mark: none. Size 56 marked.
Sweat-band: minor signs of wear. Very nice condition.
Only very little / tiny moth bites if you check closely.
