Extensive document grouping to Meldereiter Heinz Schomber serving with Reiter-Schwadron/Aufklärungs-Abteilung 179. Killed in action on 4. April 1942 on the Eastern Front.

Certificate to 1939 Iron Cross 2nd Class. Issued on 14.08.1941. Signed by Generalleutnant Karl Strecker, Knight's Cross winner and involved in the Battle of Stalingrad.

Certificate to Wound Badge in Black. Issued on 11.08.1941. Signed by Major Gerd-Jürgen von Bonin.

Certificate to East Medal. Facsimile signature by Major Dr. Kirschbaum.

Certificate to General Assault Badge. Issued on 24.07.1942. Signed by Generalmajor Richard Graf von Schwerin, German Cross in Gold winner.

Heer Wehrpass. Issued on 11.12.1940. Original applied photo. Awards: 1939 Iron Cross 2nd Class and Wound Badge in Black. Campaign list from 27.03.1941 to 22.06.1941. Very nice condition.

Furthermore numerous documents and photos as well as three death notices (newspaper clippings).
