An original M40 helmet with most parts of the liner still in place. No markings clearly visible to the shell.
A multi-color camo paint to the outside of an unusual design. Looking at the rust around the ventilation holes and many other parts of the helmet, it really looks to be genuine. On the left side you can see a decal under the camo-painting.
The helmet was found 35 years ago in an old farmhouse. Really is an unusual type of camo.
