A privately purchased ensemble of tunic, breeches and cap for a Cavalry school officer. The field tunic is designed like an M36 field tunic with a dark green collar and pleated pockets.

Breast eagle: Flat-wire pattern on dark green base. Attached by hand.
Collar tabs: officer's tabs on green with "Goldgelb" rope. Attached by machine.
Shoulder boards: "Goldgelb" base. Sewn-in. Gilt ciphers and pips. Rittmeister.
Lining. Fine silk
Name tag / tailor's tag: Hermann Hoffman, Berlin.
Buttons: Complete. Original attached.

The tunic comes with a 1st class iron cross (repaired catch), silver wound badge and Panzer Assault badge (Wiedmann made). A  5-award ribbon bar and an extra set of loops on the right pocket are also present.

Breeches

A pair of privately purchased stone-grey gabardine wool breeches with original buttons and leg laces. The silk lining has no maker's tag. This lightly used, undamaged pair has no signs of moth damage.

Cap

Heer visor cap for officers with "Goldgelb" piping for Cavalry.

Insignia: Zinc wreath badge and Aluminium eagle. 
Chin strap: officer's strap. Correct buttons period time attached. Light corrosion.
Lining: Silk lining.
Celluloid diamond: intact
Sweat-band: cracked in a few places.

In good condition with minor signs of wear. Untouched!
