4-place medal bar with 1914 Iron Cross 2nd Class, Bavarian Military Merit Cross 3rd Class with Swords, Honor Cross of WWI, and Austro-Hungarian War Commemorative Medal 1914-1918. With the matching ribbon bar.

Order of Queen Tamara (1918). Made from tombak. Silvered. Size: 71.66x71.52 mm. Probably made by a German or Austrian manufacturer. Comes with a period time advertisement by Friedrich Sedlatzek. The recipient is asked which version they would like. The different versions are listed.
