Description

VIEW DESCRIPTION

A hand-made folder from Morocco leather ("Saffian"). The front cover bears the national eagle (imprinted). All four sides are also ornamented with the so-called "Lineneinfassung". Hand-gilded. The mirrors inside are made of parchment. "Frieda Thiersch" maker marked inside. Size: 45x36 cm.

Light signs of use and stains on the reverse. The spine has a 3 cm long crack.

Extremely rare!

In addition some pages from the period time magazine "Die Kunst im Dritten Reich" on the Knight's Cross award certificates.
