VIEW DESCRIPTION

Kriegsmarine so-called "Überzieher" tunic. Nick-named "Colani" due to the name of the tailor "Berger & Colani" (Berlin/Kiel) which was a famous distributor for the Imperial German navy.

Breast eagle: Hand-embroidered NCO/officer's breast eagle attached by hand.
Sleeve insignia: Attached by hand
Collar tabs: Attached by hand

Lining: fine silk. Embroidered large size initials "HO" (Heinz Otto) to the lining.

Very nice condition. All insignia applied in the period.
