Description

HELMET AROUND 1880

BODY: Excellent leather with very good finish.

VISOR: Round front visor

FURNITURE: The primary furniture of the helmet is golden toned to include the starburst, round base, front visor trim and back trim, The straight spike is fastened with officer stype star screws. Saxon coat of arms is silvered.

CHIN SCALES: The chin scales are a gilded brass. Officer type.

COCKADES: The correct officer state and Reich cockades are present.

INTERIOR: Leather. Ink inscription "21. St."

SWEATBAND: Light brown leather sweatband with signs of wear.

SILK-LINER: missing

100% of the original hardware. Untouched hardware

SIZE: 52

This helmet has never been taken apart into it's single components. There are no extra or "double" holes.
