Grouping to Gefreiten Peter Klinkhamels serving with leichte Beobachtungs Abteilung (mot.) 43. The unit was destroyed in 1943 in Stalingrad.

Heer Krim Shield on field grey cloth. Bronzed (magnetic). Fulls prongs. Original backing. Corrosion stains.

Romanian Crusade Against Communism Medal with two original ribbons.

Certificate to Krim Shield. This type was only used for members of the leichte Beobachtungs Abteilung (mot.) 43. Issued on 24.09.1942. Facsimile signature.

Certificate to Romanian Crusade Against Communism Medal. This type was only used for members of the leichte Beobachtungs Abteilung (mot.) 43. Issued on 10.06.1944. Hand-signed by an Oberleutnant.

A letter to his wife stating that he is missing in Stalingrad and enclosing his two awards. Includes the original shipping box. Dated 14.06.1944. Hand-signed by a Hauptmann.
