Description

VIEW DESCRIPTION

The model is made from wood. Comes with the original base and green finish. There is an engraved aluminum plate on the front of the base showing the inscription "Besatzung Ju88A4 B3-CT - Flugzeugführer Unteroffizier Erwin Bastian - Obergefreiter Franz Ehm - Unteroffizier Anton Pollath - Unteroffizier Albert Hansen. Light stress cracks on the model and some small parts missing.

The pilot Erwin Bastian and his crew crashed on the night of June 11./12. June 1944 at Ooy Holland near Nijmegen.
