Hand-embroidered wreath badge, originally applied by hand. Aluminum cap eagle with all prongs in place, probably reattached because the condition does not match the cap. Correct officer's bullion chin strap, with newly attached, incorrect buttons.
Gray silk lining with signs of wear and age, the celluloid diamond is completely intact with an unknown embossing under the flap. The sweatband made of light gray leather is intact, with normal signs of age.
A small sign with "46" has been added to the inside of the visor post-war.
Worn visor cap with several moth bites and deformation due to poor storage.
