A privately purchased uniform grouping named to Fahnenjunker-Unteroffizier von Pentz who served with Kavallerie-Regiment 18. He later served with "Terek-Kosaken" and maybe had carried on wearing his "18" ciphers to traditional reason. According to our consignor, this uniform grouping came of the family.
He received this grouping directly of the veteran's son.
An officer's field tunic designed like an M36 field tunic with a dark green collar and vertical bars to all pockets. Furthermore, one pair of breeches for Eastern Volunteer troops.
Breast eagle: hand-embroidered officer's pattern. Attached by hand postwar.
Collar tabs: Yellow piped officer's tabs. Attached postwar by hand.
Shoulder boards: Leutnant. "18" ciphers. Sewn-in.
Sleeve badge: Terek Cossacks Volunteer's arm shield. Woven. Attached by hand postwar.

Buttons: Complete.
Worn breeches with correct red bars to the legs. Some damage, clear sigf of wear and use. A very rare grouping.
