Luftwaffe visor cap for officers made of fine blue cloth.
Textbook silver officers piping.
Hand embroidered cap eagle and wreath badge, both attached by hand. Textbook silver officers chinstrap with correct buttons. Light blue silk lining with signs of wear and age. The celluloid diamond is intact, with manufacturer mark "J. Zettel Hannover Nikolaistr. 18B". No size stamp or further markings.
The sweatband is made of light grey leather and is completely intact and still soft. Underneath the sweatband, there is a note with the name "Obltn. Deiters" on it.
Worn cap with slight patina, slightly deformed due to poor storage. No moth damage.
