VIEW DESCRIPTION

Waffen-SS officer's visor cap. Officer's visor caps were typically issued with metal insignia. As Wehrmacht officer's caps, they come with an officer's chin strap. The cap band is typically from black velvet.

Skull: Cupal Silver finish in place. Both prongs in place.
Eagle: Aluminum. Both prongs in place.
Chin strap: Officer's chin strap mounted to two buttons which are attached with prongs.

Lining: Fine silk
Celluloid diamond: Intact.
Sweat-band: No damage. Minor signs of wear.
Cap band: black velvet
Piping: White piping

Two tinny moth holes on the visor top.
