Superb Luftwaffe EM/NCO M43 field cap. Factory made example of a late produced blue wool. Lined in blue grey artificial rayon fabric. Ink stamped with the date « 1944 », the RBNr « 0/0561/0015 » and the size « 56 ». Insignia is proper type with the hand applied eagle and just slightly over it is the machine straight stitched cockade, a nice feature. Rarer to see the two buttons from glass as opposed to the metal dish variety. Body of the cap has no condition issues void of any holes or rips. In excellent slightly worn condition.
