Set of all three grades of the Drivers Proficiency Badge. Made by Rupdolf Souval from Vienna and accompanied by their matching envelopes of issue. In in close to mint condition. Only the silver grade was delivered without cloth backing. Nice opportunity to acquire all three grades at once.
