Scarce Kriegsmarine stamped steel buckle & belt made by Berg & Nolte. The fielgrey painted buckle is B&NL 42 stamped to the reverse. It comes with the original leather tab which is again 1942 Berg & Nolte maker marked. There is a scarce "M" Kriegsmarine stamp next to the maker mark.
The belt is from very soft leather. A true field belt which is jkh42 maker marked and 90cm length stamped. Steel catch. Buckle and belt not only match by the year but also by condition and wear.
This set must have been issued to Coastal Artillery troops!
