Fine visor cap for officers of the TeNO.

Fine blue cap with black cap band, silver piping for officers, and hand-embroidered insignia. The insignia are originally sewn by hand. The fresh air cockade is made of tombac. The chin strap for officers is originally attached with the correct buttons. Fine golden silk lining with normal signs of wear and age. The celluloid diamond is completely intact with the manufacturer's marking "Erel Sonderklasse" and "according to the regulations of the Reichsamt Technische Emergency Aid". In the flap is a tag with the previous owner's name "Emil Nielsen".  The brown leather sweatband is completely intact and still soft, and has normal signs of wear.

Beautiful, rare cap in almost perfect condition, with only small moth bites and an approx. 6cm long damage to the piping on the front caused by poor storage.
