Fine gray silk lining with no signs of wear and a stamp "3" in the middle.
Brown leather sweatband with a tear on the right side. Stamped on the inside with the manufacturer “G. Teufel Sohn” and the year “1942”. The sweat leather was obviously from an old stock, which is why it is stamped 1942. There is also another “Echtes Leder” stamp applied.
Unworn field cap, in my opinion never used in the Wehrmacht, with a slight patina and small moth bites.
